How do I place an order?

You can shop online on our secure site by browsing our products and adding these to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping simply click ‘Checkout’ and follow the payment instructions.

How do I return unsuitable items?

In the unlikely event your purchase is unsuitable and you wish to make a return you simply email us at enquiries@tall-boutique.co.uk for a Returns identification number which you then write on your returns label included in your package.
Please make sure you return any items within 14 days unworn, and in original packaging with labels still attached. We will refund your cost of the product on receipt of the goods.
We do not refund postage costs incurred on delivery or returns however if you require an exchange we will not charge you for postage delivery of the exchange item.
You can send your parcel via the post office or courier of your choice but please ensure you obtain proof of posting so the parcel can be traced. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely.

Where do you deliver too?

We deliver Worldwide, however we reserve the right to refuse certain orders that we deem are ‘unlikely’ to result in both parties enjoying the shopping experience.

Have you got a shop?

We do not have a shop but you can visit us on an appointment only basis please email us or telephone us for an appointment.

How long do you take to deliver?

We aim to ship same day for all payments received before 2.30pm . If sending a postal cheque please allow 7 days for this to clear before we ship your item. We deliver via the Post Office or Courier Service in the UK depending on the size of your parcel and oversea‘s orders are via the Post Office. General guidelines to expect delivery.

Uk 2-7 days, Eire,4-7 days, Rest of the world 7-24 days.

Are my selected items in stock?

Everything on our website is available for immediate shipment and will be shipped within 1-3 days of payment.

Privacy and security.

We will not use any details provided by our customers through the ‘Tall Boutique’ website for anything other than promotions and notifications directly relevant to the ‘Tall Boutique’., or provide those details to any third parties. We will not keep any payment details or personal information longer than is neccessary for orders to be processed, other than the email addresses provided voluntarily to our own mailing list.
